To 12th lock, Castleknock:

The nearest station is Castleknock Station, 5 mins from 12th lock. The line "Dublin-Maynooth-Longford" serves Castleknock from Dublin Connolly Station with around 20 services per day from Monday to Saturday (5.00 am until 10.00 pm) and 6 on Sundays (9.00 am until 6.00 pm).

To Thomastown Harbour, Killucan:

There is no train service to Kinnegad or Killucan. Please refer to "by bus".

To Mullingar, co Westmeath

There are 7 services per day to Mullingar from Monday to Friday, leaving Dublin Connolly Station (line "Dublin-Longford") at:
- 8.20 am, 9.55 am, 10.55 am, 1.35 pm, 5.15 pm, 6.10 pm, 6.57 pm

One more on Friday at 5.05 pm.

5 services on Saturdays at:

- 8.20 am, 1.35 pm, 5.15 pm, 6.10 pm, 6.57 pm.

4 services on Sundays at:

- 8.40 am, 1.40 pm, 5.16 pm, 8.20 pm.
